Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit your 'My Orders' page in your account dashboard.
  2. Find the order you wish to cancel and click the 'Cancel Order' button.
  3. If the button is not available, it means the order is already being processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item received is significantly different from the description or photos.
  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.

Items not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
