Welcome to xclothiq. xclothiq is a software platform that connects independent buyers and sellers. We do not act as a seller, reseller, or payment intermediary. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. By creating an account, you agree that these Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement governing your use of the platform, including any buying or selling activities conducted through it.

Platform Role

xclothiq only provides software tools that allow users to list products and connect with each other. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not control, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any items.

For Sellers

• You may list items directly on the platform without a separate seller contract.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
• You are responsible for communication, payment collection, shipping, and after-sales support with the buyer.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, taxation, and product regulations.

For Buyers

• You are responsible for reviewing the full listing and communicating directly with the seller before completing any transaction.
• All payments, shipping arrangements, and returns are handled directly between you and the seller.
• xclothiq is not responsible for disputes, refunds, delivery issues, or product quality.

User-to-User Transactions

All transactions on the platform occur directly between users. xclothiq does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, or act as an agent for either party. Any agreements made between users are solely their responsibility.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of xclothiq or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. User-generated content, such as product photos and descriptions, remains the intellectual property of the user, but by uploading it, you grant xclothiq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances, or to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others. Harassment, spamming, and fraudulent activities are strictly forbidden.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity. We are not liable for any loss resulting from account suspension or termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where xclothiq operates.
