We currently ship to addresses within India. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the future. Please check back for updates on our shipping coverage.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges are based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over ₹2000.
• A flat rate of ₹100 for standard shipping on orders under ₹2000.
• Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our shipping partner's website.

xclothiq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
